To Peel...or Not to Peel? 'Unleaded Only' Sticker
1 Attachment(s)
Should I peel this sticker? Obviously you can only get unleaded now, and we know this isn't Diesel.
|
Not if you plan to Concours the car.
I took mine off, because the one corner was lifting and driving me crazy. |
Probably not concours. My car isn't stock anymore in any case, and I don't care about things like that. It's just that the sticker has been there so long.
Conversely I replaced some stickers in the engine compartment. |
Gonzo, first day of ownership. Just clutters up a beautiful set of gauges.
|
Peeled mine first ten minutes of ownership.
|
OK, survey says (just like on Family Feud)...take it off

Its your car, do you really need the forum to gove you its permission/reassurance to peel a sticker? :banghead: |

I had to go look....and someone else already removed it. Agree - looks better without.
|
Take it off!
|
But don't dare to remove the Drive Block decals
|
I've never seen a 993 with that sticker. :)
|
Take it off? That's crazy talk. I mean, would you know you were driving a Porsche Carerra if it didn't say so?
Oh, and mine's still on.... |
I love when a thread comes together (A-Team).
Thanks for the laughs everyone. |
How about this, carefully remove it when it's warm, stick it to a clean piece of glass to preserve the adhesive and auction or sell it to someone that is into concours.
|
Your's isn't peeling, leave it on.
