So I received my new RUF shifter ****. removed the oem **** with no problems.

Installed the new one, but when I am revving high, the **** vibrates and makes an annoying rattle sound. Has anyone experienced this, and what do suggest I try?

fyi..the oem has rubber inserts, as the RUF doesn't. The oem rubber inserts do not fit inside the RUF shaft.
