Thank you guys. The windshield was replaced at a local shop that does all the service for Porsche of Greenwich. I actually took it to Safelite and they installed the wrong windshield and did a horrible job. I complained to the insurance company and told them it was not up to par. Took it to the shop Porsche recommended and they did an awesome job.

I wonder why you don't just drive the car and enjoy it. I can't imagine a more fun car to drive every day.
Then again, if you want something different then go for it. Personally, I have done this before and regretted it because I was just chasing an unattainable goal--a nice car that I don't obsess over.
So now I just drive the crap out of this car and use the money I would have spent on a new car on the one that I already love.

Slightly modified opinion, but along these same lines...

The only thing that worries me is the accident on the record. I know 993 people are crazy about that. It was a minor accident and repaired the correct way but do you think this will effect the selling price?

I am confused at the valuation being thrown around here. What is the $10K above market value in mods consists of? RS kit is not OEM. How much return does one expect on a maintenance item? $0.50 on the dollar?
At the end of the day, it is a 140K mile car with accident history that is maintained well. What is that valued at?

1) I'd have seriously consider your car if I were in the market.
2) $30k sounds fair.
3) 140k ml on odo makes yours a PERFECT DAILY DRIVER!! Look nowhere else.
4) Yours is the 1st 993 I see w/o leather seats. Are those aftermarket?

Oops, thought yours is a WB. For NB, take $2k off so I'd say $28k; and this include benefits of the top end rebuild. If not, it's a $22-23k car.
Sidenote: what's the tint doing in CT...?

I would expect this car to sell around $27-28k as it sits. If it were my car I would put the stock seats and steering wheel in and sell those seperately.

I think you could sell it pretty quick for 30k. Perhaps too quick. Might take a little while longer in the low 30's. Depends if you can find someone who falls in love with your mods. That would be worth a several k to them right there. Rebuilt PSS9's is a big plus too. How many miles were on them and did you notice a big difference after the rebuild? (I have Pss9's too)
The car looks great and that's impressive list of maintenance. Good luck if you decide to sell.

A $10-12k diff can easily exist for cars w/ odo in the 40k-70k range.
At >140k ml, that diff is down to $5k max. I took only $2k off because of the value of MODs over stock, most of them are tasteful.
With all due respect to the 'potential' seller, you and I have no skin in this and so can pontificate all day...
