I218 License brackets front and rear
I233 I believe all codes between M231 to M239 all mean Change of manufacturer of tyre installed on the production line (not customer selectable) which is basically code to say some specific type tires were installed on production line without customer having say in it.
I323 Sticker, without ESE-Regulations. This just says certain specific stickers were not put on at production line. These are mandatory in EU countries and cars heading outside EU have this code to say people at line not to put them on.
I434 Work instructions for cars overseas
I694 ?
I912 Vehicle without identification plate. This means there weren't one particular weight info plate mounted to body on production line. This is similar to M323. EU cars must have plate installed to be ok into EU country registration. Others have option code not to put plate in.
IXC8 ?

Thing to keep in mind when checking code meaning is that same code means different things in different times. When code appears in different models during same MY its about same but in different years it can have totally different meaning.

It probably works on '80 MY cars also when 10 digit VIN is converted to 17 digit VIN. Using three possible 928 variations as an example:

It would be interesting to know what were first and last VIN's for each VIN sequence. 928 is known but for other models. As above example shows there were differencees even though 0011 should be first for '80 MY. Sample what knowing 1st and last for each MY can help to do:
