Rear swaybar & droplink making contact with control arm link
I swapped out my pss9 for Bilstein HD and H & R Springs.
I have TRG rear sway bar and RS drop links.
When I re-installed the sway bar it is making contact with the control arm link when the car is up on jack stands.
Any suggestions since the HD shocks don't have separate adjustability for height and drop link?

Thank you. I will also double check my ride height. It is supposed to be set at ROW but it seems lower. That would account for the drop link mount sitting higher.

I thought of that (how often is the car suspension going to be fully unloaded), but I haven't installed the delrin bushings yet on the sway bay so it will be an even tighter squeeze once I start tightening the screws.

I ran into the same problem with my PSS10 rear shocks. I had to put a load on the rear suspension (using a floor jack under the brake disk) in order to thread the top end of the drop link holder (on the shock body) into the proper position. I don't know about the HD shocks, but on the PSS10 the ride height does not affect the alignment of the drop link as they are separate adjustments.

Help me out here. I had no idea the sway bar and drop link were to be installed UNDER the control arm. Is this a new method? I honestly don't know as I am running H&R sway bars with OE end links and have noticed no problems but they fit within the confines of the area.

There should be no contact at any time
The Tarett curved drop links may or may not work. On a very low car they are definitely too long and will need to be shortened
A friend ran into that in his very low(Cup/RSR height) car, on his the RS drop links were the correct length

Try loosening the locknut & moving the drop link mount down. It looks like there's about 1/2" of thread remaining.
If you don't want to change ride height that much, or are worried the springs will be loose at full droop, might be able to use a 2nd locknut (per side) as a spacer. Call Bilstein, they can provide the individual pieces separately.
