Every year when we do the New Years Eve North Georgia Mountain Run, everyone moans and groans about wanting to do a spring run. Well, Cinco de Mayo is on Sunday, May 5, so I'm thinking that Satuday, May 4 would be a good time to do a Cinco de Mayo North Georgia Mountain Run.

Hell, if people can use a "holiday" created by the alcoholic beverage industry as an excuse to drink tequila, I'm thinking we can use it as an excuse to drive. We could use the same kind of schedule that we use in January....Meet around 9:00 AM....Drive 2-3 hours then get lunch and a beer.

So....Anyone interested?

Count me in. Seems the stars a aligned with May 5th (4th) and we're in Georgia, we've missed the New Years run several years in a row, dam.. Should be a nice run on the North Georgia roads that time of year.
