SOLD
My C2S has a new home, and better yet, its going to stay local and I sold it to a good friend.
I'm doing the Ed Hughes in reverse....he sold Ruby and floated over to the 993 side of RL when he bought his 993. I'll keep my eye on you guys over her, but may click on the 911 side first. I hope to be posting details on my project soon, but suffice to say its got a loooonnngg way to go. Yikes.
One more thing; i'll get another 993, I really love these cars. But it wont be black and it wont have a roof!!

Congrats on the sale, bittersweet I bet. Your '72 project sounds a hoot tho, good for you.
Say... how about this - not black / no roof:
(errr, the one on the right that is)
Too soon? 8-)

My friend Julien bought the car. He has lusted over it since I met him 2.5 years ago and I'm really glad he was able to buy it. He sold his NB 993 (a nice Polar Silver car) on PP just a day or so before I was about to agree to a deal with another buyer. Jul is a designer at Nissan Design and also owns a 71 Targa, so he's a man of refined taste; a 993 C2S and a longhood targa! He's planning on going to the RSF secret car club tomorrow AM for his debut. I'll introduce him to the SD crowd, he and his frieds from Nissan are a great group of guys. They all own vintage cars, many of them Porsche's!! What does that tell ya'?
today was a bittersweet day; it was tough watching him drive away. those Fister II's really sound good....
