Must come off a '96 or later 993 because the airbag I have won't fit the SW from a '95.

Needs to be in really good or better condition.

I may be wrong here, but all you have to do is switch out is the airbag retaining assembly(the metal mounting bracket the airbag bolts to) IIRC with the right one

Hey, Mike.

I tried that, but the wheels are different as well as the brackets. On the '95 cars, the black moulding that holds the #30 Torx screws is much taller than on the later model cars. Believe me, I spent a good part of Sunday trying to swap the mounts out and get the bag to fit. It was no go.
