Wiring loom now fully in place so interior assembly can begin once we've finished underneath.

A couple of detail service items were required along the way: new handbrake shoes (originals delaminated) and a set of new Goodridge hoses to replace the corroded old ones.

Up front a set of camber adjustable 993RS top mounts give the inner wings more purpose. Inside the pedal box does the same for the driver's footwell.

Richard fitted the bare engine lid and had the usual fiddle to fit the gas strut pins.

whilst Robin and Marc fitted the side windows. The decal set tells an interesting story. Methinks it might get another one soon enough?

This is some really nice work you guys are doing, and you are really working fast.

The top two decals are a real rarity, Swedish Porsche club meeting at the Ring..

I like the pedals. I have the same pair myself and they are super comfortable.

Ahhh it all makes sense now.. I was just wondering why the oil cooler in picture 6 hade "made in Sweden" written on it.

Congrats J, what a great car this will be.

Can't speak highly enough about 9m. Keep up the good work guys

Reassembly photographs are always inspiring especially around all of the newly painted surfaces. Installing the gas struts is definitely much easier with the engine out! Great work!

At the other end of the shop, Mark has been busy with the build of the engine, ready for the head re-assembly next.

The specification is 3.8 litre, 9m billet heads, 9m Sport Camshafts, 9m modified Varioram and remapped 88 pin Motronic with cat bypasses. We're expecting to see around 290+rwhp & 350fwhp on the dyno next week.
