Default Selling my 993, for an audi...

So I've decided to sell my 993 Carrera, so I've been looking at B8 Audi A4 Avants.
What Audi forum do you reccomend, as I've been spoiled by Rennlist over the past two years.
Thanks

I would love too, but at 17, it's a bit hard to buy a second car without selling the first. haha

I've got a '10 A3 2.0T and it's a great DD but no substitute. Obviously it's a more practical vehicle.

I love the utility of it, but it still drives pretty respectfully.

9,000 seems cheap. Sure its not a salvage title, even with 155K on the clock?

Yeah, it has a clean bill of health, only the front fog light housing is slightly cracked, it is in exellent condition, and was traded in at our familys dealer, so we got it pretty cheap.

Audizine.com There is an Avant sub-forum. You'll find several of us on both sites....

Thanks goofball, You could say I've been trained since day one to know cars, I'm sure I've got much more to learn though!

I would not want to deal with the maintenance issues on a high mileage Audi... at age 17, I can't imagine wanting a wagon, let alone getting out of a 911 Coupe... this thread is confusing to many on too many levels...

this is a joke right?

I realize it's not a 'normal' choice, and everyone I've told, besides my parents and girlfriend, think I'm crazy! I love the wagon body style, and imagine the insurance costs for a 17 year old in a 993...

As for the maintenance, that's why I'm looking for a good audi forum, to inquire about what they require, and their history of problems with such high mileage.

You will likely not find much on the audi forums (audizine is the best in my opinion). They are relatively new and very little people will have over 150,000 miles on them. I am 23 and have had my 993 for 4 years. I will never sell it. Please reconsider, I think you are making a very bad decision, one you WILL regret. Can i emphasize WILL enough!!!

Oh and I have had a b5 s4, b6 s4, and b7 s4 wagon. NONE come even close to the 993 in terms of enjoyment.

Go for it! (since you want to)

You're practically grown up, you know what you're doing. You're smart (you own a 993 right? That makes you very smart).

Just do it and never look back.

Ha ha, that's a joke, because you will ALWAYS look back.

Sure you've seen this a million times but if you haven't, PLEASE - don't you dare watch this video. You may reconsider what you're doing, but I strongly doubt it.

Good luck and have a blast in your ... uh, errr, wagon.

Steve
