Thank You, I just think that the Avant4 would be much more useful everyday, and it was not slow by any means, I found myself going 90, thinking it was 65-70 or so. Oh no, maybe i won't be saving myself any tickets... ahah

993s suck. And Audi wagons are overrated. Get a jeep.

this is a joke right?
The cost to keep the Audi rolling is gonna be much more than the 993, by all accounts of people I know who have/had Audis. Nice cars, when under warranty. Best of luck.

At your age, you shouldn't be driving any of those cars.

I know, and don't think I'm not grateful for a second, but in comparison to my older sister, my car record is pretty tame

That's what I'm afraid of! Thanks, hopefully it won't be too much, I do have 2, soon 3, jobs. So I should be able to cover most of it. Hopefully...

Hilarious. No parental discipline in your household?
I'm worried to let my daughter drive a 1.3 Fiat punto.

It's not a discipline issue, we're plenty familiar with Mr. Belt.. It's just that my sister graduated with a 4.5 GPA out of a private college-prep HS, and was on the Dean's list of UCR she also moved to DC to work for a congressman after. So he was willing to provide her with cars, as long as she performed as well as she did. Besides my dad owned his own car dealer, so all the cars we're written off on the dealer's insurance.

So you know, no pressure on me or my sibling, or anything...

Be prepared, a 2009 Audi is not built like a 1995 Porsche....

Quote from Audi dealer when the wiper motor died of my 5 year old A6: " lucky you, normally they last only 3 years..."

That explains it: under the discipline a a congressman. They can't discipline themselves.

Hi mileage Audi equals very expensive trips to an indie on a pretty regular basis. Make it a fixed line expense on your budget spreadsheet. Ask me how i know

Never again! Take it from someone who had the Audi before the 993. The repair savings alone on the 993 will more than cover the extra gas expense. In addition your Audi will be worthless resale wise in 3 to 5 years.

Www.quattroworld.com is a good audi forum. I think the typical direction is Audi to Porsche. At least that was the case for me.
