Default Wheel spacer advice: source? type?

Long story short bought some used track wheels supposed to be offset 40 and are offset 60. Trying to ship them back will be more trouble then worth. Will work with seller to try to resolve spacer cost................but some questions on spacers from those who know. I know I need hubcentric.

Have been looking for the bolt on type. This seems the simplest bolt on solution. Found this source - are there other or preferable sources?

Going with the flat non-bolt on type will require longer studs, but slightly simpler on/off with the wheels (I want simple fast changes). However, I'm guessing with the longer studs the OEM lug nuts will no longer be long enough when I don't need the spacers? So then need different lug nuts or open steel ones for street also.

Any advice on sources, and above appreciated. thank you
