Also check vacuum lines and hoses. I've seen the hose going to the idle speed adjuster get too soft and collapse, causing a stall on deceleration.

All great suggestions guys - thanks.

I'm taking the car to a new independent on Sat to get my Walrod Bushings installed and I'll bring this list of recommendations and see what they say.

Runs smooth when cold, but sloppy when hot. Most likely due to aged crankshaft sensor.

Had my car shipped, battery disconnected. The exact same symptoms, car stalling as soon as I press clutch (unless I keep revs up). Fixed itself after about 10 min; no issues since.
