Luggage Compartment Holes
Today I removed my spare tire for the first time and noticed that there are four holes, about 1/2 inch wide, in the floor beneath the tire. I can look through these and see the ground, so I would think water can enter through these. Should these have some type of rubber plugs in them? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

That's the ticket . . . . .
Hello Sunset Porsche parts department? |
Perfect, thanks!

Yeah, these can get knocked off all the time, so I keep a few spares in the shop. I bet every 993 I have had on the lift needed at least one...

Do we have a part number? Please.
|
Funny this should come up. Just Friday I noticed the cab is missing two. Have to see how many are on the coupe.

Do they come in Polar Silver?
Hey wait a minute... maybe that's how I lost them in the first place... The speed... We need special re-inforced drain plugs for the Polar Silver cars. Where's the bumper plug guy? (Hiya Rick! We've been missing you this season.) |
I thought those holes were for mounting Gert's protection bar? :p
