I agree, the fender arch front and rear masks it.
But on this car (sorry, can't remember which one of you guys owns this beauty), it is very pronounced. I supposed if it's properly corner-balanced, extreme rake won't affect handling --just make it harder to corner balance.

Thanks for the kind comments Knight. The interior was a massive undertaking. More expensive than the exterior work too unbelievably.
The tilt kit I believe made a subtle but significant difference when pushing the car hard around a tightening radius corner as you will find on some fast road runs and at the track. You get signaled much more clearly what the rear is doing and when it breaks it drifts as opposed to letting go suddenly and creating sudden inertia which can be difficult to correct for. It would obviously be more beneficial in a turbo or something locking out more than the 310 hp I have as it handles squat on power application mid corner loaded suspension much better than the stock set up with rubber mounts and different positioning. I think they stared using the kit in the 993 GT2 but soon applied it to the Cup and RSR cars when they learnt the benefits. I suspect it would have been on all sports variants of the 993 if they had learnt the benefits earlier. I used the kit supplied by Gert simply because I didn't want red anodized parts (they bottom mount can be seen from outside the car). Its a big job though with the parts only a fraction of the install (bannk on 10+ hrs)
Hope that helps...

Hi Cam,
That's my friend's car - Polar silver C4S, I know exactly what he's running as I'm running a very similar setup except with PSS10s. His car has RS coilovers (slightly below RS height I would est 10mm) w/Tarett toe arms.
We are running 19's w/7mm spacer on all 4 corners. The pic you posted was running Pzeros F: 235/35/19 & R: 295/30/19.
We both have switched to Hankooks V12 now with same tire sizes, much slimmer sidewall tire. No rubs or issues at all.
Here's some pics from a few different angles on my car. Good luck with your slope!

4 year old thread out of nowhere. The AR belongs to Nurburger, agreed just beautiful!
Boyd I have the LMs now but still use the RUFs outside of the summer season. I like both style of wheels.
