Rob...just read this. WELCOME to the neighborhood, we are practically living next door to each other...maybe 10 to 15 min. away. We get together when the weather is nice for Starbucks a lot and then go for a cruise...shoot me a pm with your email or cell#. BTW, car and new house look great!!!!

I lived in Bridal Trails for 15 years ... the house I bought there in 1987 was so big, I could have fit my San Diego Hobbit House inside the living room and cleared the roof, no problem :-) The house was awesome and I do miss the woods .. but the house I miss is the antique on Capitol Hill with the view of the City ...
Anyway, good luck in your transition, it's an easy place to live in ...
