According to your signature, you've owned a remarkable number of old Porsches -- 22 of them! But you don't know where to buy Porsche parts? What?

You might try a dismantler, such as www.partsheaven.com. They might want to sell the larger assembly, rather than piece it out in the smaller parts, though. I think the part you described is 911 110 939 00, air flow lever arm.

I'd be tempted to drill the existing hole out a bit larger, grind the lower side flat, and JB Weld in a suitable nut. This adjustment screw just raises or lowers the pivot of the air sensor plate arm, so not much force is required.

The Bentley SC Repair Manual is a must have and it shows the whole assembly on page 240-19.

I doubt that anyone would just sell the special mix adjust screw or even the lever.

More likely the whole unit.

Good luck.
