Will 996TT Hollow Spokes Fit My 993
I don't know if these are too wide. I just have a basic 993. Will they fit?

Thanks!

Probably not on the ....
rear. On a narrow body 993, for big 18" wheels such as the Turbo Twist and the MY 2002 996 wheels that will fit, the rear offset is typically 65mm. Your Turbo wheels will be less as we see below...the good news, the fronts at 50mm will probably fit. As we see off the ad:
Wheels are OEM (BBS) 996 Turbo Twists.
Sizes: 8 x 18 ET 50 and 11 x 18 ET 45
It you want some really cool wheels that fit, are in 17" (cheaper tires), go to Tire Rack and check out the Cup 4 wheels. There 17X9 for the rear, accepting up to a 275 tire, and 17X7 1/2 for the front accepting up to a 245 tire. They fill out the wheel wells perfectly. Cost? About $700 a set...they are about 23 Lbs, not the worlds lightest, but they ARE $700. I have two sets. The other good news, if you ever have to replace one (1) wheel for whatever reason, you can but just one (1) wheel.

A idea...
Go up on the Tire Rack web site. They will have all the wheels listed (That they sell) that will fit your car. They have BBS on the $$$ side, to the lowly Cup 4's that I have, cheap!!!! Love cheap...TUV approved too, or so I read somewhere.
MY 2002 996 wheels are great looking cast wheels, made by BBS, sell used for around $1,200 a set, but they don't like pot holes. You can bend them...they are very light too and come in off sets that will fit your NB car!
Thanks to Craig aka cgfen (See above), for the nice words. He knows a lot of Porsche arcana.
Also note, 17" tires are cheaper and generally ride better. I know this from personal experience. I am back to 17" from 18" and will NEVER go back to 18". Tires too expensive, the rear 30 series will knock your fillings out on the road, and the wheels are a little spendy as well. I am sticking with 17"!!!!
