Default FS: 993 NB OEM Hollow Spoke Wheels

I've finally decided to part with my original '98 993 Techquipment Hollow Spoke
Twist wheels. These came on my car as an approx. $3400 option as per the window sticker and were removed when the car had 24K miles. Zero curb rash but a few rock chips as you would expect. Overall, very nice condition!! Original center caps not shown but come with the wheels. Part numbers as follows:
Rear: 993 362 140 01 ET65
Front: 993 362 136 00 ET52

$1000 firm plus shipping.

I understand that these narrow body Hollow Spokes are much more rare than
the wide body versions.

Thanks,
Scott (916) 773-7749 or aerocrosby@comcast.net

Based on the part number, the front hollow 8x18 you have are rare. Most of the hollow fronts I see are 7.5. GLWS

Default I have a set.

But they are not going to be sold for$1000.00.I would take $2000.00. for them, but you would have to pick them up in CT.Earnies Alloys gets $3000.00.I also have fact Targas ,Champion RG5's 11.5 and 8 by 19 with P0nero's 305/25/19 and 235/35/19.Would take $4000.00 for those.

Are the 993 or the 996 hollow spokes lighter? But then again the 996 are 18x11 in the rear.

Far and away my favorite wheel on the 993. Nothing else is even close.

Yes on both counts. If you do a search on here, there are a few threads that quote the actual weights but it's a substantial difference which reduces unsprung weight (parts unsuported by the suspension) for more precise steering and increased 'feedback' through the steering wheel.

BTW, the 2002 996 five spoke wheels are the same weight as the hollow spoke 993 wheels.

Keep dreaming. Today, there are some nice alternatives out there costing well under $2k. Like MY02 5-spokes and OZ Alleggerita.

If NB hollow-spoke twists were worth $2k, mine would go up for sale today.
