Refinishing is $150/wheel so $600 more plus the hassle of bringing them in, picking them up, etc., etc., ... so a set of perfect hollow spokes should be around $1400-1800 if you can find them.

I like to think of it in terms of cost/time. A set of four hollow spoke wheels that need 'refinishing' are usually around $800 plus shipping, more for 8" fronts (as opposed to 7.5").
