Best wishes Chuck! Get well soon.

Jager stays pretty cool under adverse circumstances too. I happened to pick that (seizure) time to call Chuck's cell to get his status for meeting at our rendezvous point. It wasn't Chuck that answered and I was trying to figure out who/what was going on. It was obvious whoever I was talking to was talking to someone else on another cell and also working with Chuck and all of this on the side of road somewhere. Once I got the jist of what was going on I dropped off the line, Jager obviously had more important issues to deal with at the time. I don't think I would have been that calm during that event.

Again, get well soon Chuck.

Amazing story.
I often get spam emails talking about how people don't care for one another like they did in the past. Stories like this show that just isn't true.

Please get well soon,

Jsger's serious fly boy training was executed flawlessly in a speedy manner. That helped me greatly. What a guy.

I would like to respond individually but I don't want to extend this thread. Please accept my sincerest appreciation for your responses that all make me feel good and for your wishes . I'll get better. You folks help a lot.

'Speedy' just became the first 993 ambulance?

Murphy's law moments:
- my GPS got lost - the only time I've ever asked it to go to a hospital (I ignored its mis-directions);
- the locals following us chose minutes earlier to leave us to get gas
Thank GOD we were so close to 'your' E.R., not out in the country.

Shucks, Chuck, I just did what any RLer would do for a friend.
Life is precious, & you're a valued member here.
Rest up & heal well!

P.S. Leonard gave me something at Palooza that I think you should have; on the way via FedEx soon.
