Sully really loves owning a pristine low mileage rare colored widebody 993.

Well, for a little while anyway :roflmao:

So MAM did you ever sell your 11,400 mile 1998 C2S that you drove so much to buy the faster more expensive turbo you were longing for? Maybe one day I will be a be a purist like you..........

Congrats on your composed and fair reply. Looks like MAM bought a car he never drove and is (has) selling (sold) for a huge profit. Why he feels the need to bash you for doing the same is strange.

I would ask the same as what he was asking and take it from there. Good luck with sale.

Thinking of selling my Riviera Blue 993

The reason I sold my Sliver C2S with 11,000 miles on it was to purse my dream car and color, Riviera Blue 993. Secondly, there are few who buy a 12,000 mile C2S to use as a daily driver especially with that paint to sample color. If you wanted a daily driver you might have bought something with a lot more miles or a Hyundai. See, this is why I think you don’t know what you have. You surely can get your money back because it is a rare color with such low miles. So good luck whatever you do and make sure it stays shiny for all your peeps. As for me, I bought a 1996 993 Twin Turbo with 30,000 miles, Riviera Blue. I will post picks in two weeks…………….MAM

Now that is a rare beast. Can't imagine there are too many of those kicking around.

with all due respect, 993's are NOT rare cars. i had 2.
though not rare, 993 is one hell of a good car, once that usa gear box is regear'd.

generally speaking, you're correct, of course...

but a RB 993, especially a WB car, is a pretty rare animal!

I am in the "keep both" camp :)

I actually like Sully's current car better:
Mex blue / Black > Riv blue / Cashmere.

But that may be just me.

I think I buy the OP's claim that he didn't know what he bought. I guess the good news for the "greater community" is that he didn't mod and drive the **** out of it, if indeed "the community" really benefits from that?

Mr Sullivans C2 is TB not MB. Don't think I've ever seen a MB 993 in over 2 years.

I say keep it as a daily with the satifaction of knowing that every time you drive it Jesus pummels a 'purist"
