On to new things and you'll be happy (for some time at least until the next 'want' has arrived)
My thought process exactly. There is always another car, boat, house, golf clubs, motorcycle etc...... They make em everyday and in the end it's just a material thing. I bought my Rivi Blue Cab, sold it, bought it back and I will sell it again. Too many cars, too little time.

+1

maybe you will even sell the 4.0 before selling the C2S.

Agreed with the others...it's just a car, if it's time to move on, it's time to move
on. The 4.0 is pretty rare as well so it's a win/win IMO.

As far as fairly giving people an opportunity to purchase it from you...I'd
contact the first person who PM'd you about it when you originally acquired
the car, and go down a list from there.

Good luck! Make sure to post some pics for the dreamers.

993 in Riv Blue is a gorgeous car for a wife or girlfriend. Hold on to it for her.

Find every way possible to keep both. Sell to a son or daughter, god-son, nephew, son-in-law? You can rent a secured garage (15x20) space for about $100/month if you shop hard enough.

I like the idea of selling it to someone close to you so you can stay in touch with the car in case the opportunity comes up to buy it again.

Talk about putting the cat amongst the pigeons. GLWS if you decide to sell.

I'm confused. One owner? I thought you just bought this car a couple of months ago???

I'd say that you can't go wrong whatever way you decide to go. You'll get there faster with the 4.0 though.

I think he means 1 previous owner, so its really a 2 owner car unless it was never titled in his name. Still effectively 2 owner but a 1 owner car per the records.

Do you suffer from "Oooh, look! Something new and shiny!" disease? It costs a lot and there is no cure.

For sale in a few months: a nice 4.0 RS

I have bought and sold many Porsches and motorcycles over the years. As I was always moving on to something "new" I never looked back and thought that I made a mistake in selling that special car or motorcycle. I for one do believe you can have too many toys; it divides your loyalties and keeping them all in first-rate condition can be expensive and stressful. Just my 2 cents!
