Default FS- 18" Technology (Hollow Spoke) Twists- Texas

The real McCoy! Set of 993 Technology wheels. 18x10 ET 65 and 18x8 ET 52. Refinished with powdercoat to original color a couple of years ago. Straight, true and 100% NOT curbed. A couple of minor chips that don't show up on the photographs. Tires are 7 year old Yoke ES 100's with rears having about 3 to 4 32nds remaining and fronts having almost 6/32nds- good enough to get you around a bit before going to the tire shop, but not in the rain or any aggessive driving. Garaged kept, so tires aren't cracked or dry, but they are a little slippery from age.

Pick-up only in San Antonio/Austin area. Will deliver at no charge to North, South, East and Central Texas dependent on my travel plans.

$1500.

Technology wheels are the "hollow spoke". Title edited for additional clarity.

I'm surprised these aren't gone. Hollow spokes are rare and they made more 7.5" fronts than 8" so these are especially sought after. When I had mine 'restored' it cost me $1000 on top of the $1000 I paid for them ...

In addition, hollow spoke rears for NB (ET65) are even less common. A full set of these for NB application doesn't come along very often.

Perhaps desiring local pickup is limiting response? Did I read somewhere that there is packaging avail that makes shipping wheels fairly easy (or was it just tires?)? I may be interested in these if you consider shipping (I'd pay, of course)...

^^^ I bet if you just Pull the tires off (they're tossers anyway..) and get 2 U-Haul medium boxes with extra bubble packing and cardboard between the wheels ... Fedex ground insured to San Diego ... not such a hassle really .. I shipped mine to the East Coast that way back in November ...

Forget the Uhaul boxes. Go to the nearest tire store and ask to raid their dumpster of 18" wheel boxes. Heavy duty boxes, the right size AND free. For wide rears, just cobble together 2 boxes.

I sent one wheel from SD to Seattle for $30 via Fedex about a year ago. The Greyhound route might be really cheap....just did a quick check and it showed about $40, so not any cheaper than FedEx, but gets there in <2 days.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I don't have the time right now to package the wheels/tires or remove tires and rummage for wheel boxes, which is why I'd like to sell in Texas. I'll consider that towards the end of the month if they haven't sold as I may have more time available then. Will put LvnThe Dorm in the que.

Thanks again, guys.

i might be interested aswell, but then youd have to ship them to belgium....
i have the same wheels but solid spokes... would it be a big difference in driving the car ? the hollow spokes, compared to the solid spoke ones, cause of the weight difference ?

Man, those look gorgeous. My own hollow twists are a little ragged right now...I need to refurbish them so they'll look purdy again.
