Pretty certain that a previous owner would have had that interior done as a custom project (alcantara headliner etc). Very nice...
Draped leather just means the "supple" leather option AFAIK. You have much more than that.

Good catch on the alcantara headliner. Problably the interior was reworked at some point. it looks great regardless 
. It could just be the lens but the interior looks darker then the standard tan interior, it has more brown to it..
