Marc contacted the plant today. Unfortunately they have had a setback with one of the preparation tanks and are having to do an enforced clean-out and refil, so the likelyhood is that we won't see the shell for another 4 weeks.

Sorry to curtail everyone's mounting excitement (in bed)......

Christmas definitely arrived early today for RP when we collected his freshly e-coated 9m93Speedster S bodyshell from the plant.

It's dusk outside so apologies for the grainy photos from my iPhone, I'll take some more tomorrow under the bodyshop lights.

All we need now is a pair of doors by 3rd January and we can start panneling it up.....

No, it was taped over with aluminium tape after dipping which was then e-coated over.
