+1.

Great looking car with several nice mods (Aerokit front splitters, front bumperette delete, painted rear bumperettes, clear corners, lowered ride height not sure specifics...).

Anymore details such as mileage/options/history? Oh, more pics will always make us like you better.

Welcome to the madness...

Nice looking car - looks very 'squat'. What suspension does it have?

Nice looking 993. You're going to find the driving experience significantly enhanced when you remove the sun shade from the windshield.

40,400 on engine that was rebulit 2k miles ago. Paperwork indicates it has the rocker arm conversion retrofit to manual vlave adjustment (990341043). I didn't realize this until I went through the papers so not real happy about still having to pay to have valves adjusted. Racing timing chains and ARP head studs and rods bolts.

PMS LSD and rebuilt gearbox with steel syncros on 2-5.

Standard options with the following:

X54 Oval Chrome Exhaust Pipes
X70 Metal Door Sill with Insignia
X71 Aluminum Instrument Dials
X97 Aluminium/leather shift ****
X98 Aluminium/leather parking break handle

I love the power steering as it no longer feels like I'm trying to 3-point turn a trash truck. The car is wound pretty tight so I'm still getting used to it.

Default to new 993 guy

welcome from an Arlington, VA 993 owner. Hope to compare cars some day, albeit mine is a triple black cab, 61k miles. Also lowered (Bilsteins, M030 ROW suspension, headlamp mods and trunk bar). Best, Charlie

hey guys - anyone out there have a supplier in NVa area for a "wait while it is installed" s/w upgrade to enhance mid-range torque - road use only? and NOT $1000 which is a ripoff?

Nothing like a random, unrelated post.

timothy - just noting local DC guys on the thread - target of opportunity...not so unrelated in fact.
