...the aftermarket turbo kits/SC detract from the car's value...
+1. And I have to think that they are too scary for most prospective buyers.

As a somewhat recent buyer...not enough detail was provided:

Maintenance records, number of owners, etc etc.

What was down to lower the car...PSS 10's or similar a plus to me
LWF a plus to me
Turbo a big negative

You did not state the asking price, etc etc.

What are going to use the car for? DD, Garage Queen, DE, ??? This has a huge impact of what you buy.

I tend to disagree. If I had a chance to buy a 993 NA with a aftermarket turbo, I would have jumped at it. Especially if it had been on the car for a specific time with no problems.

It might not add value, but it doesn't take away either. Maybe a wash say.

I price the car in the low 30's. Everytime I see an estimate on here, I tack on another $5k due to the RL devaluing that occurs in here.
