We have missed out in registering in time to take advantage of the tours, but decided to go anyway. Rented a house for the week and will be hosting a little get together to kick off the activities the Saturday before.

Anyone on here planning on attending this year's PCA Porsche Parade?

Would love to meet other 993r's and offer some help to those from WAY out of town.

Smart man.... Concours is a virulent disease and if you can get cured by the first "inoculation" it's a true miracle.


I wanted to go since we are once again sort of "close" to the Parade, and have not gone since San Diego, but I have a new job and so I can't go....

If anyone is traveling from the West side of the country to the Parade along I-40 let us know when you get close to Little Rock and maybe we can do lunch or dinner.

I am planning on going. Firming up a condo on Tybee today.

This will be the last Parade in Zone 3 for quite a while and with the new twins I will probably not be going to Salt Lake next year.

Pack a few changes of clothes and a toothbruch and get in your car. Fill it up and head east. Stay extra day for Concourse and call in sick. It's a day drive from ARK, is it not?

Cool Ocean breeze makes up for the steamy mornings.

As mentioned, my wife and I will be hosting an informal gathering Saturday afternoon/evening with another PCA family. Our nanny is attending, so child care is covered. The place we ended up getting is between Hilton Head and Savannah, right on the river, .8 miles from the ocean. All are welcome. If interested, PM me.

Well the invite still stands for Saturday night as folks roll in.

We will be out and about in Savannah to sample various beverages and can offer several recommendations for dining.
The She-Crab soup at Pirate House is worth the campy atmosphere and cannot say enough about Alligator Soul for example.
