Rauhwelt latest race meet
annually RWB "idlers" hold a race event a Tsukuba race circuit.
nakai-san (drift racer from way back, & owner of Rauhwelt Begriff) this was not driving (his usual modified 930 "stella artois") but his daily masher, a resonably modified 993.

here's the car in front of his shop when my wife/me visited in february (his other dd is the older daimler e series amg in the photo which was our ferry to the train station....i'd have it!)

That whistle was used on the Kill Bill soundtrack. That's probably why it's familiar.
Wikipedia says it's originally from a UK thriller made in 1968 called "Twisted Nerve".

That's a pretty cool video. I actually like the color effects. That "Idler" club looks like it has lots of fun.
