WTB: Bilstein HD rear drop link brackets

Hello All,

Picked up a set of used Bilstein HDs... rears are missing the threaded sway bar drop link brackets. Anybody have a set? I'll buy 'em. Thanks!

Dave

Like these?

What I need are the mounts (or brackets...I think they are cast aluminum) that thread on the lower part of the shock tube itself, and that the drop links bolt on to. See here...

What time frame are you looking at? My 96 is in the shop getting Bilstiens put on along with some other work. I can check to see if the old parts are still around and I could pull the ones off the old rear shocks. If you really want new check out the Bilstien section at FVD-US. I keep recommending them becasue they have lots of pieces parts on their website and I have used them in the past. The only thing is that IIRC they have a $50 minimum order and the pieces you are looking at are something like $15 each.

I doubt if they are as cheap as $15 each! $150 maybe

My bad - $31 each - CRS related mistake. Here is the link http://www.fvd.de/us/en/Porsche-0/99...-993-rear.html

Perfect! Unless your used mounts are still, available, I'll just source them from FVD, along w/ some other stuff I need. Thanks for the help Craig001...you're awesome!

Thanks. I probably will not get to the shop until later this week if you can wait. The H&R's I had installed had the mounts. I told the shop to pitch the old stuff so I do not know if they did or not. The wrench working on my car took some time off to take his girl to Chi-town. Which I was asking about your time frame. I really like FVD-USA along with Eagle Day and dC Automotive for parts these days. Still use Pelican as well.
