I believe that this might be a unit from a cab, as my factory installed RSD shelf does not have the two black bars.

The RSD kit I installed in my 96 993 Cabrio came with the hoops...I deleted the hoops and the center "bar" for a cleaner and more useful installation.

I think the cabrio version will fit a coupe.
BTW, my "kit" was black when I bought it (12 years ago)....
I had my local interior shop re-do it with matching gray leather and carpet
(Carpet match from Veterans Carpet in L.A.).
I did a few mods (mentioned aboved)...Made a mat with a Porsche logo out of extra carpet and did the install myself. The hardest part was removing the existing rear seats from my cabrio.
