Mike,

Going to Targa Canada West? If so I'll see you there! Getting the first aid kit to include all the suggested items was my stumbling block. Got em now though.

+ 1 or 2 or 3 on the VW dealer. I got one to fit the BMW 540 tool kit in the trunk lid for $20.

Have fun!

Yup, I'm running it, in Scarlet, see you there! I take it you are running also?

I was also really bummed out, when my $200 Halon fire extinguisher didn't meet the safety specs, so I had to purchase another extinguisher. I have a huge first aid kit, I think it's all in there.

Chaplins is to far away, went to the thieves @ Larson, it was $23.

This one is a DEAL! However I waited to long, & had to pay more for one locally, this looks like the exact same thing I got from VW for $23.

Here's a thread about them:

Looks to be the same one that Suncoast is selling. It fits perfectly in the trunk pocket. I honestly don't know why you'd need a clip. At one point they were only $4.99, but the price trends seem to match those of sport seats. Get them now while you can afford them!
Looks to be the same as the VW one, for the same price.

NLA, I tried, & tried! There is a new part number for the triangle 000 722 722 06 $35, ordered it, but wasn't told it would take 3 weeks to get here.

Sadly, we get left out in the cold, we don't get the Euro suspension, Euro bumpers, Euro gearbox. So why not also give us safety gear, like the triangle & first aid kit.

Everyone thanks for your help, mission completed! Funny how something so simple has become a PITA to get. I did pick up another one from our local Fred Mayer (department store), it's a AAA one that weighs about 6lbs!

The VW one is German, & fits perfect! I'll take some pics when time permits.

Ok, I'll look for Scarlet. I'm driving over in my 993 but running in a Nissan GTR. We'll be getting a car specific for the event next time and likely a Porsche.
