Question

Looks like i have the same problem. Only that the center of the fan also seems to be cracked. Free hand spinning of the fan shows that the fan is wobbly and not spinning straight ! Looks like i have to order a new fan and bearing.

Does a new fan come with a new hub bearing already installed? or do i have to order both parts ?

A new fan from Porsche will come with the fan bearing already pressed into place. I purchased one from Sunset a few months ago and it was under $400, IIRC.
