Bill,
Great power graph. My install was running 352 hp at the flywheel so i would expect your figures to also be Fly wheel. Are you running a light weight flywheel? This would improve your wheel horse power.
Sadly i am removing my kit as the car is going up for sale.

Looks great! - now I am adding something else to the desired mod category...

Please post pics!!!
Interior as well, I'm interested in what gauges you added.

The most rwhp I've heard with the normal pulley is 325rwhp.

My stock 993 dyno'd 220 rwhp, after the SC install (no intercooler, older piggy back computer) I got 322 rwhp. The stock TPC pulley gives about 4 to 5 psi boost. Not sure what the actual hp loss to engine hp.

But I can say that my car is Way More Fun to drive with the supercharger!!!!!!!

dyno numbers are all relative and personally not worth worrying too much about the absolute number at least from what little experience I have tuning bikes. I think this was a dynocom dyno which I understand tends to read on the higher side. But the before and after numbers, same dyno, 1 month apart should be comparable, again also figuring the pre- numbers were with stored gas so almost certainly deflated. TPC actually states with their current setup similar numbers, particularly when including the intercooler and catbypass/muffler mods.

For the gauges they are plx units into a display by inyourface gauges. pretty seemless end result going into the clock unit retaining all the perimeter monitoring lights. Can tell its there and controlled by the on board computer stalk.

Looks and sounds sweet! I've dabbled in thoughts of a supercharger but nothing I have given any serious thoughts but do like the results that everyonoe has posted.

I think we'd all agree that absolute numbers aren't comparable, but your plots show an increase of 181 rwhp (+80%!!), which would be around 213 flywheel hp. This is far beyond the realm of believability for 5 psi (and stock internal engine guts).

Please keep in mind, I don't say that because I'm trying to rain on your parade, I just don't want others who are considering boosting their engines to actually think this is feasible. Obviously those guys will be digesting everything they can on TPC, Protomotive, etc. and this is big money stuff, so it's important to keep this info as accurate as possible.

Sorry for the diversion, please return to your regularly scheduled programming.

I hear you eric and don't doubt your opinion. but those are the numbers. Again, the baseline is undoubtedly lower than probably reflective, so I think calculating the increase off that is going to be a bit skewed. I was anticipating 100-120 rwhp increase based on the combination of changes. I am not sure where the boost was taken for the dyno run: the pulley is designed to deliver 6psi so that is probably safer estimate. Didn't you get over 50% boost with your turbo build at 5psi awhile back?

Yes, I got a 52% increase, to 335 rwhp at the top end, where it was around 6.5 to 7 psi. That's a really strong increase, since it exceeds the gain in air density available (47%). To get an 80% increase in power given a 34% increase in air density is impossible. Somebody smarter than me could prove it theoretically, but I'm no engine designer. I suspect your dyno guy just pressed a couple wrong buttons. No biggie.

Got some pictures of the parts and install. Lots of pics, probably annoyingly so! I'll try to attach a couple of videos can hear it on start up, on dyno and in car accelerating (can hear supercharger). The exhaust combo with RSR and catbypass is about perfect. Inside no drone sounds like stock and just a nice sound when on it. Enjoy.

Thanks Bill. Dam good pics.
Did they have to drop your engine to get that thing in?
I got the old fabspeed cat bypass pipes - those new cat x pipes you have look pretty nice.
What type of performance times are you getting 0-62 / 1/4 miles ?

Hey - in the last pic - someone is standing there giving you the moon.

Cheers.

thanks guys. I believed the lowered it slightly to do the work but not complete removal. Would be a good time to do a LWF if desired but I didn't want that. Haven't checked times yet. I have a friend with a near identical 98 C2S and we'll get out an compare as the weather clears.
Good pickup on that last photo - hadn't seen that. I had better remove or I will be in trouble at home
