eBay item # 260701841820.

Maybe the seller will see sense & let it go for a more realistic price?

I'd be happy just to find a scale model 993 in a dark color. Anybody know where I can get one?

I've got somewhat of an 'antique' one built by Prestige Mini-motors in the late 70's/early 80's. It's red with a black whale tail and is made from steel, not plastic. It even has Fuchs on it!
It needs some resto work though. PM if you want to talk about it.

Picked up one of these a year and a half ago from a garage sale for $25. Not quite as good of condition as yours, but not a bad deal I thought (missing a mirror, and need to fix the tie-rod connection).

Robert and Brian,
How old are your boys in these pics? They look like they are outgrowing it?
Also, it looks like a 1 passenger car, is that correct?
The overall dimensions of the car would be great too....

Trey, thanks for the offer....I would like to explore the one above first.

Robert & Brian-- Those are great!

Not 911s, but more appropriate for actual horsepower ...
Available from Porsche:

Sam-- Brian's $25 find will be hard to beat, but if you want something with room to grow, The Harrington Group's electric 356 is a charmer, with room for mommy or daddy...

These cars were made by Fisher Price about 5-10 years back.

They have been on ebay in the past.

Cool little 911's

How do I get one of these? I went to their (Harrington Group) web site, I sent them an email. Guess I could call. Anyone have any contacts over there? They claim they have a distro here in the States? Anyone know?

TG-- Looks like you're doing the right thing. Their web site says "Dear client, We are a bit busy at the moment. In the meantime please feel free to contact us by e-mail."
It also mentions that they're British-owned & managed, plus their manager's Nathan Redfearn, if any of that's helpful. Good luck!

Likewise, per AutoBlog.com's "Harrington's half-size classics to start pint-sized car nuts early" article:

Harrington has yet to respond to an Autoblog request for pricing information.

Put one of these under the tree this (fast approaching) Christmas, and you'll see what the face of bliss looks like.

Wouldn't be surprised if Harrington's cars would be north of 5K and all the way up to 10K. The attention to details is pretty nice.

They just replied to my email, the petro or electric 356 is $7,742 USD and $345 USD for shipping. Cars come fully assembled, they do not offer a kit. I have the full price list for all their models if someone is interested.
