How significantly does bumpsteer affect tire wear? My car is near RS height and I can live with the steering dynamics but if it is also a contributor to my front inside tire wear (I know that neg camber is a culprit here, too) than it would be cost effective to address the bumpsteer in the long run.

FWIW those two issues come with the territory and I wouldn't let them stop me from getting a great car.

Were the car were lowered excessively to the point of experiencing bump steer, , and you choose to correct it, then it is quite a simple matter to crank up the strut/shock adjusters to lift the spring perches until an acceptable height is achieved: cost is zero if one can turn a wrench, and not difficult for a capable shop ..... add an alignment cost, and the job is done.

There appear to be many cars that are quoted to have been lowered to sit " at RS height" with stock suspension carriers: quite easy to reset the height to achieve acceptable geometry, and still have a 'lowered' car.
