WTB: Black hard back sport seats or 993 RS Sports Seats
Prefer to find some in like-new condition. Not interested in seats that are significantly worn, etc. unless maybe to redo them altogther if the price was really low/right. Better if they are mint and priced accordingly.
Other than a set that RPM has, havent seen any good ones out there. If anyone is interested in selling please PM me. Would prefer the 993 RS with shells that can be painted vs. the standard hardback 993 sport seats. The RS versions match better the direction I am trying to go with my car, but would consider any/all of the above, including the standard ones.
Thanks

Jonathan, you're welcome to take a look at and sit in my Speedster RS seats just to see if you like the dimensions. They are a snug fit, even for my 5'7"; 160lb frame.

Corrdo, where in TX are you? Would love to see your car. Do you remember me reaching out and trying to buy it from you
I love the set up on your car and may try to replicate some of the look and equipment.... Send me a PM if you want. Thanks.
Ps. At 5'11 and 175lbs....I wonder if I would be uncomfortable in those seats for street use... Sure love the look though

thanks P Fan, for the info...
I am weighing all the options on seats. They have gotten more expensive than I expected. Depending on condition, I have received various emails in the $5000-$8000 range....before painting backs. Wouldnt so much mind the pricing if the seats were immaculate. In most cases they are nice, but look a bit shiny, worn, etc. Need to noodle on that vs. leaving like it is for awhile, or going with PP, etc.
I am looking for the condition of those softbacks you posted...but hard back!
thanks!

I'll be interested in hearing what kind of quotes you get for seat-back painting in DFW. I was quoted $487 last week and that included removal/replacement by a recommended upholstery person.
