918 Spyder's public driving debut
It was thrilling to privately see the 918 Spyder in the flesh twice this week, including its first day in the country.
Friday, a small group of us RLers got to ask questions of Michael Mauer (world-wide Porsche design chief, & narrator of Porsche's below video).

Jaguar debuts 2011 Jaguar XKR175 Coupe at Gordon McCall's Motorworks Revival
Anyway, welcome back ... now get to work & post some fine JDHertz photography!
My first image shared from Gordon McCall's Motorworks Revival, (which featured my 993, 'Speedy'):
McCall's featured public debuts of some other vehicles already shown on previous pages, at Pebble Beach yesterday.
Jaguar celebrated its 75th birthday by showing its first limited edition 2011 Jaguar XKR175 Coupe to the Monterey Jet Center's 2,500 guests.
