QUESTION - Part Number for RS Clutch Disk (LWF)
I need to replace the clutch disk of my clutch that has been converted to RS LWF and RS clutch disk. The part number of the disk is 96411601161 when it has been installed.
I did some search on the subject and got confused by superseded part numbers and a posting from Bill Verburg that stated that the disks from 964 RS, 996 GT3 and 997 GT3 RS are similar. In auto part stores, they are listing Sachs clutches with "W" numbers that I could not match with the Sachs Performance part numbers from their website. It appears that they have 2 types (one is "rigid" and less expensive): http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/de...3-1597611.html http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/se...799371&submit= Could some one guide me please in the correct direction. It is just a clutch disk ... Thanks |
You need 996 116 015 32, Google that and you will find it.......

the original 993 M003 clutch disk for single mass flywheel was a 964 RS part, 964.116.011.61 but it has been superseded by the part w/ 996 prefix |
Thanks. This simplifies things.
