993 Front Fog lamps
Does anyone have experiance with Auto Body Parts Online?
They sell 993 front fog lamps for $110 vs OEM for $300. http://www.autobodypartsonline.com/c...11110242924.90 Seems to go to be true.... as the saying goes. Thanks. -Ray |
No experience with them but I'm also in the market and that certainly is a good price if they're the real thing.

Certainally look like OE Hellas ... cannot imagine anyone making knockoffs for a low volume, 14 year old car - for it is quite a complex housing: I'd go for it!
|
Here's what it says on their home page:
Buy new aftermarket replacement fenders, bumper Covers, head lights, tail lights, lamps, grilles, doors, hoods, panels, mirrors, radiators, AC condensers, absorbers, deflectors, spoilers and many other body parts for cars and trucks at discount price. |
OEM shouldn't be $300, that would be high...
that said, $111 is really low! that stock photo on their site ain't no 993 :) |
Just replaced both front lamps with oem from Sunset. My front left lamp was damaged with stone through lense. Right side okay. PM me if you are interested in either or both. 1997, 60,000 miles with milky appearance

Did someone order the ones for 110 USD? I am in the market, too.

Sunset just told me they are $212.40/each. I am also interested in the $110 versions....

I decided not to go the $110 version route. I'm afraid they will be cheap imitations with inferior glass and componets. For 1/3 OEM price, something has to give.
I did email the company and they confirmed they were aftermarkets. -Ray |
