What did a stripper '96 sticker for? Claridge's (now Porsche of Fremont) bought a BUNCH of leftover '96's in late '96/early '97 from around the country. They were blowing them out. I recall really being interested in a white/black or white/grey no option car that I seem to remember had an MSRP of about $62K (?). Anyway, we were talking high-$40's without really getting into serious negotiation. It was going to be about $800/mo for 5 years with maybe $10K down. Didn't make economic sense for me at that time.
