For the color, I have a cheap "Aftermarket Mod" that you can do. If you buy one, I'll let you know how

OK folks,
The demand is quite high, I was not expecting such a feedback, THANK YOU !
So I think I am going to run another batch so I can make more people happy
However, it is going to take some time (i.e. a few weeks) to get all those done.
My first priority is to get the 5 of the original list done. Then I will run another batch of 10 or so for the standby people. Anyhow, I need to get material/parts in and some of it has a little bit of lead time. If more people are interested, we may run a 3rd batch, but it will be a while. Got to take care of the first two first !
Also, I am going to look at making a 993TT version. No promise yet, but I'll try.
For those who have not told me yet which model they want (RS or Coupe), let me know. Also, if you haven't told me yet if you want your wood base natural (pine), primed (so you can pick your color) or painted black, let me know.

This sounds all too familiar... After posting a pic of a clock I had made using a 993 clock mechanism and an existing wood clock base, the PMs started coming in. Four years later, I've now made more than 100 Carrera Desk Clocks, in at least 6 different styles.
That said, please add me to your list for a standard Carrera version. If the LEDs are removable from the base, please keep my base plain.
Good luck!

Thank you ! Well.... the LED's are not very removable... but everything is recessed inside the base and there is a closeout. So, if you want to paint it, all you have to do is put some masking tape inside the slot for the Lexan. I really have to glue those LED's and the rest in there... Let me know what you want me to do. You are #10 for the second batch by the way

Guys,
I just figured shipping. Just wanted to let you know. It all fit snug in a USPS small flat rate box. So, I will ship it USPS Priority Mail in a small flat rate box with delivery confirmation, so it will be the same price for everybody: $5.65. If you want to insure it, it is an extra $2.25.
So, uninsured: $5.65
With the insurance option $7.90
That is the cheapest I have found and it makes it easy for me too.
The second batch is happening, I have just ordered the material. And I am working on the first batch right now. I hope to be able to ship the first five signs next week.
More to come !
