Those seats are frickin awesome! Grey is not usually at the top of my list for interior colours but this works...........WOW does this work. Great looking car with some nice upgrades and low miles. If I didn't already have two coupes I'd have to look at this gem. GL with the sale.

Default 1995 993 sale w/ RS seats

Thanks, your M033/Bilstein HD's for me make a better set up for street than the M030's, as I have tried both and the M033 springs allow the shocks to work better on stutter bumps and sudden impacts. Hope you also enjoy this set up.

totally agree for most streets in the US
M033 springs are more forgiving.

Very nice 993. I hope it goes to a good home!

I really like my M033/HD combo. I tried other set ups but this is the best for me.

I sure love white 993's.

I've never understood why mostly everyone on this board always defaults to M030s for street cars. M033 is the way to go.

I must say they are the best seats that I have ever seen! an I have had these cars for 45 years. Your car is very, very nice. Vernon.

Those are Pole Position seats, right? Aren't they easy to obtain (and paint)?

FYI, I've been soooo close to pulling the trigger to install PP's, but I just haven't gotten myself to do it. Something about still wanting access to the back and the fact that my standard seats are in mint conditin.

Default 1995 993 sale w/ RS seats

These are the rare and correct Rennsport seats, used only in 964 RS, 993 RS and 1994 Speedsters. They have a special Porsche part number, are a different shape and design from Pole Positions, have a very unique under cushion spring/strap support for the cushions. They also have beautiful perforated leather alternating color cushions and full leather for the seats. PP's cost hundreds of dollars, these are $3500-$5,000 used before restoration. PP's make for wonderful track and sport seats though. Nice to see how much you have enjoyed your car, 130K!

I had the same seats (in black) in my 964 Cup. They are probably the best seat you can put in a Porsche IMHO.

I'm sort of hoping someone steps up to buy this car ... before I do something my wife might not appreciate.

Amazing to think how many '94 Speedsters came WITHOUT the seats.

(Believe that around 15 years ago, off of a new Speedster that was totaled, I could have picked a set that had some leather damage from the wreck for about $1K? I didn't have a car to put them in, and money was tight. Chalk that up there with the handful of 356 Speedsters that passed my way for under $10K back in the '80's..............)

Oh, think the RS an Speedster seats are different and it sounds like you have the (more comfy) Speedster versions with the starp bottom instead of just a hard bucket.

Correct, these have the 'trapeze' supports under the cushions, hence much more comfortable yet still very supportive and very light.

With all this talk of seats, is there any way to get some more pictures of them? I'd love to see the seating surface. And when you say "trapeze," do you mean a sort of orange-ish webbing under the seat cushion that suspends it? I have this on my A8s, but it seems to resemble more of a "trampoline" than a "trapeze." In any event, good luck with the sale, it's a beautiful car!!!
