Default Holy #$$%^$& Fister 993 Stage III Sport Mufflers

Hi Everyone,
It has been 3 days after installing Fister 993 Stage III Sport Mufflers (Cermachrome ceramic coating) and my pulse has just come down to normal.
My buddy Mike helped me install them and we used his lift. The install was a breeze, as I am an extreme newbie in turning a wrench.
They sound sooooo (cannot even compare)...... loss of words.
Better yet, at cruising speeds, I did not notice any difference in cabin noise. That is really important to keeping your sanity.

Hopefully Mike's dog will come out of hiding soon! :-) She disappeared the first time starting the car with the Fisters!

Additionally the Wide Ovals really look nice.

Thank you Darin and Mark!

Default +++ on FD Motorsports Stage III

Had RSRs, needed a little more aural stimulation, but no too much. Darin installed the Stage III for me, he also installed the Platinum rod...bought the SSK and tranny stabilizer rod installed locally.

Stage III is an incredible product....loved my RSRs but it was time for something different. The RSRs went to The Other Eric I believe.

Last benefit, they may just pass 92dB sound...I wasn't black flagged at Laguna Seca...I did short shift to 4th past the sound shack...but I think I could have passed!

Let us know if you decide to run flat out through there sometime. I didn't want to mess around, and went totally stock for last week. No problem, and with the gearing in my car it would have been a total lap time killer short shifting into 5th......... (That said, given my times were no better than what I used to race the stock class RSA at, I'm not sure a couple of HP would matter.)

And I know Darin meant May (not March) for ALMS. We'll be in Florida/Caribbean.

The ceramic coating helps cut down the radiant heat the mufflers produce. It is used in many race applications, on headers and exhaust. For the ceramic process, the mufflers are media blasted, combined with the ceramic coating. This will make the exterior of the mufflers like new again ( I will make the inside new) It is not necessary, but it is definitely a great product that has function, as well as form.
