None...thank you! However I did get a moving violation back in 1990 for not stopping on a flashing red. Five o had been following me way back for about 5 miles. Never again will I ever own a red porscha......a true police magnet.

I got my first speeding ticket in my car (and the first one in over 15 years) on the way to Porsche Palooza this year. My fault. The policeman was nice to me, considering.

And we thank you for that Chuck! If you hadn't cleared him out he would have been able to get a whole bunch of us in one fell swoop coming up behind!

When I first bought my 993 in '97 I was immune to tickets. I worked as a doc in a local ER in Meridian, MS and we saw lots of trauma. One time I saved the life of a Mississippi state trooper who had been stabbed multiple times. I routinely saw the local cops as well and helped them out on many occasions. I had the only 993 in the area and literally drove as fast as I wanted to.
I of course never drove too fast for conditions or at high speeds around other traffic. But the roads were often empty and awesome for spirited driving and my car became well known. I routinely drove through speed traps way over the limit and exchanged waves with the cop on the way by. One time I got pulled over and as the cop walked up to my car he recognized me, smiled, backed off and apologized profusely for pulling me over.
I really miss those days....... Now I live in an area where the max speed limit is 25 mph and I have to plan the times I can drive my car.

Haven't had one for years since I purchased my V-1.
Several years ago was speeding on a highway in New Mexico on the Navajo reservation. Sheriff issued me a $24.00 speeding ticket for "Wasting a Finite Resource" (gas). No points, only a fine. Same ticket as if I was running a hose for my lawn during a draught.

Got out of a small one, when he asked for my license and registration as I was pulling it out I asked him if he had a fishing license, he goes "huh"??..I then asked if he practiced "CATCH AND RELEASE",,he liked that one.
