The last time this question was asked was 2007. Before that was another thread in 2006. Not many original owners at all compared to how many people are on Rennlist. These are the only ones listed in those threads. Some of these folks may not still have their 993's, while some do.

Now it's 2010. Are there even (5) 993 Rennlisters left here that are original owners of their 993? Original owners = bought it new from the dealer.

Even Sloan Cars has but 1 original owner 993 for sale right now.

Not original, but kept it in the family. Bought it from my father-in-law with 8k on the clock. Awesome cars, I'm surprised not more are original owners.

Terry Adams sold his 993 (got a 997TT), but Don Thompson is the original owner of his 993TT.

Picked my car from the factory in Oct 95.
Intended to sell it once in 2004.
Still accident free and happy with it with 80'oookm = 50K miles and everything´s still working as on the very first day.
