303 and Vinylex- are very good for plastic, tire dressing, rubber and vinyl.
Leather care products from www.colorplus are excellent. Zaino Z10 is also very good.
Make your own window cleaner with 2 parts distilled water to 1 part denatured alcohol, in a spray bottle. Then use two towels, one to apply the cleaning solution, and one to buff the glass clear.

Burning Brakes
I like Mother's protectant very much and it smells great too. For the seats I have always used Meguiar's leather care. Seats in all 3 of my cars are soft and look great.

honestly i have stopped using all these high priced concoctions
for cleaning interior surfaces. some are harsh and likely a bit toxic too.
i have found a good microfiber cloth for gentle scrubbing
and just a couple drops of dish detergent in a bucket of clean water
does the trick and leaves no residue.
(good on carpet too, you can use a little brush.)
you can then apply the protectant of your choice.
purists will scoff but..
i liked the lexol leather conditioner for all the trim surfaces
did nice for my targas comfort seats.
its even ok on both the hard and soft vinyl surfaces, giving just a little sheen.

As for as the rest, get a good assortment of MicroFibers, a good claybar, wheelbrush, and start with Meguiars and Optimum products.

I really like Optimum's stuff. Very easy to use with excellent results for minimal effort, very versatile and fairly economical too.
No affil's, blah, blah. J,MHO. Good luck.

Do you guys use Leatherique on a regular basis just to clean condition seats?
My seats are really nice and clean but I just want to clean/condition them regularly. (once a year)

Clay:
Leather: yes, Leatherique (or Leather Masters)
Other choices of all-around recommended product lines are GlossIt, Dura-Gloss and Zaino.
Here are some good detailing forums.

944/951 guy,
The clay bar I use is from Griot's Garage (no affiliation), and you basically have the car wet, then rub the clay bar along to remove such things as tree droppings and other impurities... you can feel after a while that the clay bar moves along the WET surface smoothly , which means you're done! Just don't get it on the rubber/plastic around the windshield, and avoid contact with the sunroof seal.
my .02 cents
