hood badge
my hood badge rode up the hood and over the car when i accelerated and hit a pothole at the same time tuesday aternoon. does anybody have a hood badge that they would like to sell.

I'm quite sure I have one...I ended up with 2 of them somehow. I'll check my tool box tomorrow when I unload the trailer at Daytona.

Three Wheelin'
One of the 'legs' of the 'original' badge gave up the ghost last April. I noticed there was something wrong when the badge was pointing to 5 o'clock ...and not six.
A new one, on fleabay, was $30.
30 mins. to remove and re-install the new one.
(90% of the time was spent trying to get that damn new (and inflexible) black gasket to fit *properly and evenly* around the metal edge. (And, yes, I did warm it up!)).
