I guess it is because it is a replica - albeit one that is virtually a real GT2 in all but chassis no.

Sadly, street cars make lousy track cars. And really fast accelerating street cars are probably the most unsatisfying.

Update - a RLer says the deed is done, it's off the market, & will soon be in a friend's garage.

Hopefully we'll hear from the new owner, or even better:
